Iran's top judge orders probe into journalist's case

Iran's judiciary chief has ordered a full investigation into the case of Roxana Saberi, the U.S. journalist convicted of spying and sentenced to eight years in prison. Some analysts believe hard-liners opposed to improved U.S.-Iran relations are behind the sentence. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has also intervened, asking that Saberi be allowed to make a full defense during her appeal.
