Press can’t protect sources, Supreme Court says

Landmark decision delivered today in Ottawa. Justice Binnie called it "simplistic" to think that reporters could offer any source complete anonymity. Interestingly, for SCOC watchers, the 8-1 decision had Justice Abella as the lone dissenter.
