Conrad Black's fight to retain Order of Canada fodder for columnists

The Star has never loved Conrad Black. Admittedly, he is hard to love but editorial page editor Bob Hepburn may have gone a bit over the edge by tagging him -- Henry Luce style -- "the medal-loving British ex-convict" in a piece about Black's "desperate" fight to retain the decoration.

On the other hand, Bob Fulford writes in the NatPost that  "Conrad Black deserves his Order of Canada."
